Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required for applying or joining our wait-list. Please refer to our Admission Process and Tours for prospective families.

Enrollment Fees

To secure enrollment, the following fees are due within the specified time frame provided by the enrollment coordinator:

  • A onetime non-refundable registration and materials fee of $400.

  • 50% of monthly tuition, applied to your 1st month's tuition. This portion is non-refundable if you choose not to sign the contract.

Upon signing the contract, the following fees are due:

  • Remaining 50% of your first month's tuition.

  • Security deposit equal to one month's tuition( refundable with a 90-day withdrawal notice)

Monthly Tuition for Academic Year (September to June):

The yearly tuition for the preschool program is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month from September to June. The tuition remains fixed throughout this period and is not subject to adjustments for school closures, holidays, in-services, emergencies, or student absences. Additionally, tuition rates and fees are reviewed and updated annually.

Full Day Program: 8:00am-4:30pm (Includes Hot, wholesome Vegan Lunch and PM snack)

  • 5 full days/week (M-F) $1,927

  • 3 full days/week (MWF, MTR) $1292

  • 2 full days/week (TR, or WF) $994

Other Fees

  • Drop-in day (pre-arranged with approval): $110

  • Late pickup: $1/minute

  • Late payment fee (payment received after 4:30pm on 4th): $30

  • Bounced check fee: $40

  • Consolidated annual report for taxes: $20 (available upon request)

Sibling Discount: Receive a 5% discount on the tuition for siblings enrolled in our program with the lower tuition rate.

DHS Approved Provider

Qualifying families may receive tuition assistance through the ERDC (Employment-Related Day Care) Program. Initial enrollment fees, including a one-month tuition deposit and the first month's tuition, are required upfront at the time of enrollment.
